Program Management

The employees of Allied have managed many US Energy and State department programs. Some of which include DOE’s second line of defense maintenance program from 2001 through 2006, The Radiological Threat Reduction program 2003 through 2005,and the DOS’s non-proliferation maintenance program from 2000 through 2002.

The program management aspect of these included budgeting, planning, operations, and accountability/reporting.While managing the SLD program our employees were able to save the program $400,000 in 2005.
