Stephen Y. Patton, CEO

Mr. Patton has over 25 years of experience in the Electronics industry. He organized and executed the mobile security X-ray maintenance program for the United States Department of State and SAIC. The program has spannedover 25 countries and several types of equipment. He was the Lead Technologist for the Second Line of Defense Program for maintenance of radiation portal monitors. Mr. Patton has been responsible for the planning, logistics, and coordinating of foreign travel. He has developed and presented maintenance and safety training for complex equipment. Mr. Patton is an experienced X-ray inspection systems technician.

Gilbert A. Chavez, President

With over 30 years of engineering experience, Mr. Chavez has proven success in managing the installation and maintenance of radiation portal monitors and X-ray systems on international borders for over 25 countries. Mr. Chavez has performed all aspects of program management to include budget development, scheduling, logistics planning, and personnel management. He has extensive experience working with host country agencies and U.S. Embassies, including foreign travel and completion of detailed technical reports. He has managed electronic, mechanical, optical, and software development projects.

Paul E. Young, CPCM, Vice President

Mr. Young has over 20 years in the industry as a warranted federal government contracting officer, DAWIA Level III certified contracting officer, and a NCMA Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM). In addition to his contracting activities, Mr. Young has been very successful in charting the course for and growing companies. He has been responsible for obtaining over $1 billion in government contracts and running strategic planning and business development for a $75M company.
